This 120 sq. meters apartment ( = 1300 ft²) is located on the second floor (40 easy steps) of an 18th century building (the marble plaque on its front mentions a famous 19th century tenant), in a pleasant and quiet street next door to a 5-star hotel.  The street is in the heart of town,  150 yards from the Duomo.

The apartment consists of:

-  a large master bedroom with bathroom

-  a twin-bedded room

-  a long corridor leading to another bathroom

- a large and welcoming fully-furnished back kitchen leading to a small terrace (with a quaint back view) where two people can sit and eat in the summer time

- a large living room, with a single folding bed (to sleep a  5th person if necessary)

- air conditioning

- High speed Internet connection available if you bring your laptop (+ 40 €/week).

The apartment is furnished with independent central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, vacuum cleaner, hairdryers, TV, VCR, DVD, record player.

There is also one air-conditioning unit (hardly ever used because the apartment is well ventilated and quite cool in the summer).
