Stephanie has a very interesting background, worth mentioning!
Before becoming a French chef, Stephanie studied Mathematics and Information System, and had a great career as a consultant in the Arthur Andersen group. But after several years she decided to switch back to her first passion in life: cooking!
She had to start all over again, when she had just turned 30, and went back to school to study French cooking (in the state of art!) and get a degree to become a French chef!
Then, instead of working in fancy restaurants, she decided to teach French cuisine, and to share her knowledge and passion with other people. She loves to invent new recipies with them, and experiment new things...
While working for Andersen, she had the opportunity to travel abroad (especially to Chicago), and to become fluent in English! She also got to know other cultures, new "exotic" ingredients, which helped her become more creative...
To contact Stephanie, please send me an email. Do not hesitate to include any question you might have for her!
Since you are spending time in the country known worldwide
for its cooking schools, why not enjoy your very own
private cooking lesson at
your apartment ?
