Olivier's tastings are
conducted in English. They take place at his very home in a beautiful Parisian
loft, especially set for Wine Tasting. With Olivier, you're not a tourist, you
are a guest in his very home.
At Olivier's tasting, you will be introduced to the Wine Appreciation
techniques. Olivier will guide you in your understanding of wine in general (how
it is made...) and French wine in general (how to know which French wines are
good)... He will explain to you all the differences between Old World & New World
Wines, teach you how to pair wine with food... always in a very friendly and
relaxed atmosphere.
Olivier's greatest talent is not to be stuffy with wine!!
