The apartment is small but very clean and
has a good look. Extra additions such as free phone service, many
towels, very quite for sleeping and best of all the location is
perfect for walking and having eating places close by. I am 81 and had
no problems with the 3 flight of stairs. Have fun.

We had a great time at the Lancelot apt.
Le Marais was
a great district of town. We found three great
restaurants - all within walking distance. I will
definitely rent with Isabelle again!

My wife and I stayed at Isabelle's
Lancelot apartment in the 4th. Our adult son, who is in grad school in
Europe joined us. We loved the apartment. Great location with
excellent Metro connection (M1) at the Hotel DeVille stop.

We stayed at the Lancelot apartment in
the 4th and we were very pleased with our choice. The apartment was
very comfortable and with the a/c unit very cool. We stayed during
August and it can be very humid so the a/c is a plus!

Thank you, Isabelle! We stayed
in the Lancelot and found it comfortable, well appointed, and the
location was excellent. We availed ourselves of the great public
transportation, but walked a lot. We found the comment book that
others left in the apartment was very helpful. We especially enjoyed
our dinner cruise on the Seine aboard the Bateau Le Calif (right off
the lock/walking bridge in front of The Louvre). Isabelle is very
helpful, too. 04/17/11 Positive 04/15/11 Positive 03/21/11 Positive 02/06/11 Positive 01/04/11 Positive 09/23/10 Positive 09/04/10 Positive 09/16/09 Positive
We enjoyed having more space than a hotel room and had breakfast each
morning there. Many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood.
Isabelle had the apt. well stocked to include many nice small touches
such as an adaptor plug for US, hairdryer, umbrellas, etc. It's nice
to have the separate bedroom if you have other family with you.
If we go to Paris again, we would gladly go back to this same apt. I
would also recommend this apt. to anyone who has no physical problem
with 3 flights of stairs. This was our first trip to Paris and I
believe the apt. is much preferable to a hotel room. You are able to
get a better feel of the real people of Paris.
The stairs I have to admit were tiring each day and getting heavy
luggage up them was difficult, so pack light!! I wouldn't recommend
this apartment for anyone that has trouble with stairs, but they
weren't a deal breaker, just more exercise which was fine.
We didn't have troubles finding it or getting into the apartment on
our own. The neighbors mostly were quiet, except for the first
saturday we stayed but it wasn't a problem. The street noise in the
front of the apartment was a bit noisy but on the weekends we expected
it, it is Paris after all. But the radio and a/c unit helped with that.
The neighborhood was pretty quiet during the day and there were
several places to eat and shop nearby. Monoprix a grocery store was a
ten minute walk and there is a deparment type store a couple of blocks
away across from the Hotel De Ville. There is a great little chain
eatery called Brioche Doree on Rivoli also near the Hotel De Ville and
the Metro line there, its great for families and great for any meal of
the day or for take away.
Notre Dame is within walking distance from the apartment as well as
other sites, we walked there several times and it was lovely.
I wouldn't hesitate to rent an apartment in Paris for vacation
especially with a family. Isabelle had everything ready for us and we
even got in a bit early with no problems at all. I would definitely
recommend it to anyone looking to visit Paris or France.
My family of five enjoyed a wonderful
stay in Isabelle's Lancelot apartment. The beds were comfortable,
even for our three teenaged children, one who is 6 feet tall.
Masterbedroom is also comfortable and near the bathroom. Kitchen is
well-appointed and all decor of the apartment is neat and pleasant.
Working with Isabelle is very pleasant as she is organized and
punctual. We ended up leaving a package behind, and she very
promptly mailed this to us. We highly recommend Isabelle's apartment,
The Lancelot.

We stayed in the Lancelot apartment
last week and it was wonderful. The apartment is centrally located,
very secure and is furnished beautifully. We enjoyed being able to
use the kitchen for breakfast each day.
Additionally, my wife left a bag in the room with some very valuable
lace in it. We thought we had left it in Belgium and worked hard to
find it. Isabelle emailed us and said it was left in our apartment
in Paris. We were much relieved. She made arrangements to send the
items to us. She has been very accomodating and very responsive, if
we travel to Paris again, we will definitely stay in one of her
apartments.

I rented the Lancelot apartment in the
Marais in March and it was wonderful. To explore OR work in Paris
you cannot ask for a better location. There is no elevator but the
stairs are easy. Excellent sites, food, cafes and shopping so close
by. Love this apartment, you could easily sleep four or more. There
were two of us and it was a luxury I would never trade for a hotel!
Will definitely rent with Isabelle again!

We spent four days at the end of
January in the Lancelot apartment in the Marais district. The three
of us (2 Adults, 1 teenager) completely enjoyed our stay. The entire
process of initially contacting Isabelle through the return of our
deposit within days after our departure was flawlessly smooth. We
appreciated all of the information available in the apartment such
as guidebooks, maps, personal notes from Isabelle and notes from
previous guests. The apartment was located in a very nice
neighborhood and we were able to walk to restaurants, museums, and
several small shops without any problems. The metro system in Paris
is extremely user-friendly as well. The wi-fi worked like a charm,
and our daughter loved the free phone calls and older movies
available for our use. The apartment seemed very secure. We would
definitely use one of Isabelle's apartments again and would
recommend her to friends and family.

We stayed for week in Decmeber 2010
with our family of 4 at the Lancelot. The apartment is well
appointed and we were comfortably
accommodated. The location is brilliant - walking distance to
everything. The booking and arrangments for access went like a dream
Isabelle is very well organized and a please to deal with. We highly
recommend this accommodation. Thanks Isabelle for everything!

I stayed at the Lancelot and was
extremely pleased. The instructions on how to get into the apartment
and information about the place were very clear. The entire
apartment was beautiful, decorated, clean, lots of mirrors
everywhere (perfect for girls), lots of books, travel guides.
Isabelle made a binder for people that come with lots of advice,
comments, to-do's etc. There's good wifi and a telephone. The
bathroom was tiny but very clean, new, and all the drains work.
Lancelot is located in a fantastic neighborhood, tons of
restaurants, shopping, and bars. It's about 2 blocks from 2
different metro lines, very convenient, but I ended up walking
everywhere anyway because all the sites were pretty close. Isabelle
was great... very professional and answers emails promptly. I don't
have anything negative to say. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed in the LANCELOT apartment a
couple of weeks ago (late August and it was perfect for us (family
of 2 adults/2 children - 8 & 11.) Booking the apartment over the
internet was hassle free and Isabelle is great to deal with both
before, during and after our stay. We loved the convenience of the
apartment's location. The area is very lively and the location is
perfect for exploring this wonderful city. Great supermarket and
bakery on Rue Rambateau also. Apartment has everything needed
including a great information folder and guidebooks to the area and
Paris in general. Highly recommended!!

We've rented apartments in numerous countries using the internet .
Isabelle ranks at the top for communication, value and
professionalism. She runs a quality operation and we will not
hesitate to use her for our next visit to Paris.
