The Islands Ile de la Cite and Ile Saint Louis are just near by. We spent a wonderful time in the
Montmorency apartment. Although we love our
regular home in the U.S., we are still "homesick" for Paris and our
comfortable, convenient Montmorency flat. It was the third time we had
rented from Isabelle, and we have been very happy, satisfied customers
each time. Isabelle is trustworthy. She delivers what she promises. We
look forward to renting from her again the next time we visit Paris.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in
the Montmorency apartment and loved it. Isabelle was great to deal
with - no problem booking the apartment over the internet, all
communication was answered in a timely manner and very clear. The
apartment has all the 'little things' that are sometimes missing in
apartments (clothes hangers!, coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper,
washing liquid, etc). Great area. Absolutely no hesitation in
recommending this apartment or dealing with Isabelle!!

My wife and I stayed in the Montmorency
apartment
with our two children. Everything in the apartment worked and there
were directions to use items that might by unfamiliar
to foreigners. The internet connection provided was
great and was fast enough for video chat over Skype,
There were plenty of blankets, sheets, pillows, and
towels. The kitchen had pots, pans, dishes and
glasses, and was ready for use. 03/05/11 Positive 02/08/11 Positive 01/17/11 Positive 12/03/10 Positive 09/08/10 Positive 08/07/10 Positive 06/06/10 Positive 05/02/10 Positive 03/03/10 Positive

The apartment is on the third floor with a small
elevator for luggage. The door to the apartment has
a very secure lock and we felt very safe. There are
other reviews on this page that talk about the
neighborhood and they are all accurate. I suggest
using Google maps and street view to explore the
neighborhood before you visit.
I reserved the apartment by paying a deposit using
Paypal. After arriving at the apartment, Isabelle's
mother picked up the balance at the apartment. My
security deposit was promptly returned using Paypal
after I returned home.
I look forward to returning to Paris and staying in
another apartment rented by Isabelle.
Having rented Isabelle’s St. Honore apt
last year, my brother and I brought my 80 year old Dad to Paris for
his birthday and stayed at Isabelle’s Montmorency apt. It worked out
great for us. The apt had everything we needed – short walk to the
metro, 3 bakeries within 1 minute walk, a building elevator,
comfortable beds, free international phone calls and much more. We
were delighted with everything and would feel very comfortable
staying at any of Isabelle’s apts in the future. Highly recommended.

I rented this apartment for a reunion
with friends in Paris and liked it very much. It was quiet and very
convenient and very well equipped and pretty. Isabelle was very
professional and very helpful. I run vacation rentals in the US so
it was nice to be on the other side for a change and I was very
pleased that the apartment was as nice as it seemed on the website.
I will definately rent from Isabelle again! Merci Isabelle. C'tait
superbe! Great!

Nous avons passé un séjour Parisien
particulièrement agréable dans l'appartement Montmorency, en
décembre 2010. L'appartement
est sympathique, central, bien chauffé (et oui, il neigeait sur
Paris!), propre et calme. Isabelle est très disponible pour tout
renseignement ou problème à régler. Une expérience à renouveler sans
hésiter!

We rented the Montmorency apartment in
November. It was wonderful and convenient to the Metro. It was a
great base for visiting Paris
and the area. There were two boulangeries within a few steps of the
apartment and a nearby supermarket. We highly recommend this
apartment and Isabelle's apartments in general (this is the second
time we've rented from her).

We just returned from a four day stay
in the Montmorency apartment. We had 2 adults and three teenage
daughters. While it was a little tight for that many, we knew this
before going. The apartment was really great and a good value for
staying in Paris. The little kitchen does not have an oven, but has
a cooktop with supplies, as well as a washing machine for laundry.
We were comfortable and the location is terrific! Isabelle was great
to work with, accomodated us, returned the deposit immediately. I
would use her again if we visited
Paris.

we just returned from a stay at
Isabelle's apt rue de montmorency and we were very happy with our
apartment, the pictures on the website matched the apt, it was clean
and comfortable, and Isabelle's group was very good to work with for
check in and questions we had. They were also very prompt in
returning our security deposit upon our checkout. I won't hesitate
to book through Isabelle's group for our next visit to paris.

We have just returned from the
Montmorency apartment. I highly recommend it if you want a beautiful
place on a very quiet street, with very nice neighbours. Also we
loved the Boulangerie down the street and the oodles of cafes around
the neighbourhood. Our favourite thing closeby was the Museum of
Modern Art - a hidden treasure! My only critique would be upon
arriving late at night to our apartment we did find the street quite
dark as well as the entranceway - until you could manually turn the
lights on - so takes a little getting used to.
Otherwise the apartment itself is so charming, beautifully decorated
and functional. We loved our living room and kitchen. The wifi
connection was great not to mention the free long distance phone
calls - what a nice feature. We truly loved our stay here - and
would do it all over again. Highly recommend this place!!!!

We stayed in Isabelle's Montmorency
apartment in April 2010. We booked and paid over the internet and
Isabelle was great to deal with. The apartment was easy to find -
Isabelle's instructions were great and she came to see us the next
morning, and was so helpful. The location was fantastic - 2 blocks
from the Pompidiou Cenre, 10 mins walk from Notre Dame. We wanted to
be near the Marais, and we were, but just far enough away to be
quiet at night. I also loved the Boulangerie just a few doors down!
The apartment was clean and cosy - those old buildings are so well
insulated, and we actually needed to open the window at night
because it was so warm inside, without using the heater. The wifi
worked well (Isabelle also provided a cable just in case) which was
important for our 17 yo daughter. I loved the Boulangerie just a few
doors down! I understand Isabelle has scheduled some renos for the
bathroom which will make a great little apartment even better. I
would also recommend Sabine's tours. We did the Marais walking tour
with her and she was lovely, and it helped us get our bearings. We
had a brilliant time in Paris, and would definitely deal with
Isabelle again.

in late february 2010 my daughter
brought me to paris for my birthday. we stayed at isabelle's
montmorency apartment off rue st. martin. the evening we arrived was
very cold but once we opened the front door to the apartment we were
greeted with warm comfort. not alone was it warm but the decor of
the apartment was just what one would hope for in a parisianne home.
lots of colour, comfortable chairs - both upright and comfy couches,
big mirrors, beautiful french long windows. little curtin
arrangements hiding the more mundane necessities like the hoover and
the ironing board!! very chic. the shower was amazing. everything
you could need in a kitchen. however, since we were only there for a
long weekend we didn't get to use the kitchen much. loved hopping
downstairs in the morning to the delicious bakery to buy
breakfast... and laurent next door (not open on sunday) was great
fun. we had lunch there on the last day which he and his partner
cook. very reasonable and delicious.
it was so easy to get in and out of the apartment thanks to
isabelle's precise instructions. i loved that the apartment had so
many different areas, really very well designed.
it was the kind of place that i would be quite happy to stay on my
own - very secure, and yet part of the community.
i would recommend this apartment to everyone and hope to return
there soon myself. thanks again isabelle. well done! mary and
margaret.
