Front de Seine

Is called "Front de Seine" the large portion of riverbank located on the West side of the 15th district, from Bir-Hakeim (almost the Eiffel Tower, which you can see here), up to the large and beautifully landscaped Parc Andre Citroen. It is quite specific, due to the many high-rise buildings standing there. Furthermore these buildings are not offices (like in La Defense) but composed by apartments. The red building you can see used to be a hotel dedicated to Japanese tourists (Hotel Nikko), until recently. It has now become a "novotel" hotel... There is a beautiful swimming pool on the top floor, with a beautiful view.

At the bottom of this painting, close to the Eiffel tower, you can see a smaller building: I own 2 apartments in this old style building (21 quai de Grenelle, only 7th floors), available for short term rental!
