Location:
This apartment is located between rue des Francs-Bourgeois, rue Rambuteau and rue des Archives, in the best part of le marais (4th district)
You are only blocks from such well known sights as Notre Dame, Hotel de Ville, Pompidou Center, Picasso Museum, Mus? Carnavalet, Place des Vosges, Victor Hugo Museum, the Bastille and Hotel de Sully... Dozens of restaurants, bars, disco..., and also art galleries, boutiques of any kind... are to discover just outside your door!
Description: This is very wide one/two bedroom apartment, on the 3rd floor of a walk up building, very bright with wood floor, fireplace, 60 m2 large (= 650 ft2, ideal to host a family or 2 couples in Paris.
This apartment was initially a 2 bedrooms apartment, which was converted into a
large one bedroom years ago. We now use nice curtains to split the main room
into two separate areas: the living-room one one side with a huge couch,
dining table & chairs..., and the second bedroom on the other side, with 2
twin size beds that become a single queen size bed on demand. The apartment is composed by: - a romantic bedroom, with a queen size bed ; - a living-room, with TV and DVD player, table & chairs, - a second bedroom hidden behind curtains, with 2 twin size beds, - a bathroom with bathtub and shower, washbasin, mirors, hair dryer... - separate toilet (in the apartment but NOT in the bathroom) - a completely equipped open plan kitchen with dish-washer, washer, fridge, cooktop, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, c offee maker, utensils...- a ir conditioner window unit
Sleeping facilities: 5-6 people: - queen size bed in the master bedroom, - 2 twin size beds in the 2nd bedroom - in the living-room: a single folding bed to sleep the 5th person - if needed, the 6th person can sleep on the very large and confortable couch (it is not a convertible couch, but is it larger than a twin size bed).
Very beautiful view on the Hotel Rohan-Soubise (Archives Nationales) from 3 windows (out of 5). High speed Internet connection available if you bring your laptop
Nota Bene: - no elevator to reach the 3rd floor of this charming building... Though I have other apartments located in buildings with elevator: My Paris Apartments
