29 rue des Francs-Bourgeois, 75004 Paris: one of the nicest streets of le marais.

It is 28 m² large (= 300 ft²), quiet, and perfectly comfortable, as it includes:

- a living-room with sofa bed, TV, HIFI...

- a very romantic bedroom with double bed ("full size bed"),

- an upscale bathroom with bathtub with shower, wash-basin (hair dryer provided), toilet

- open plan kitchen with fridge, cooktop, microwave, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, utensils...

Exposed beams, wood floor, charm...

Just ideal for a romantic stay, with the possibility to fit one or two other people on demand.

Nota Bene:

- this apartment is located on the 6th and last floor of a building with elevator. Though one has to climb one flight of stairs to reach the elevator, which then goes to the top floor.

- the living-room is slightly mansard, on about a 3rd of its surface. The rest of the apartment is not mansard at all.

- no window in the bedroom, but light poors through a large skylight, making the room very bright. There is another skylight in the bathroom, making it very bright as well.
