PARIS apartment quai seine, Isabelle's Pompadour apartment in Paris

I have 2 apartments located in the same building, right along la Seine, respectively on the 5th and the 7th floor of a charming 100 years old town house (recently renovated, with elevator).

Location:
These apartments are only a few steps away from the Eiffel Tower, and 5 minutes away (by metro) from the Champs Elysées. The building is right on the riverbank: the apartments have a beautiful view over La Seine and the Trocadero...

Right next to a metro stration where two different lines cross ("Bir-Hakeim" line # 6 and "Champs de Mars - Tour Eiffel" on the RER C), you will be able to reach the Champs Elysées in just 5 minutes, and all the major touristic sites such as Les Invalides, The Orsay Museum, The Louvre, the St. Germain district and Saint. Michel (Notre Dame), and even the Palace of Versailles, within minutes!

You will also be a close to the Rue Cler Market, which you might have heard of (Rick Steves loves it!

The Unesco and "Espaces Cap 15 quai de Grenelle" are also in the close neighborhood...

Description:

This nice sized double studio apartment (= 430 feet sq, it was initially a one bedroom apartment that we converted into a large studio years ago) is particularly well decorated. Quiet and very comfortable, it includes :

- a private area with a full size bed (in an alcove),

- a tastefully furnished living area with 2 sofas, big TV and VCR (American movies available), fireplace,

- a completely equipped kitchen with dish-washer and washing machine,

- a large sized bathroom with power shower.

This apartment is ideal for two people.

There is also the possibility to have somebody taking care of your laundry (washing and ironing) and of the cleaning of the apartment if you plan to stay several weeks.

Also:

- High speed Internet connection available through WIFI if you bring your laptop (+ 40 €/week)

- Air Conditioner window unit

- non-smoking apartment

NB: a cat used to live in this apartment, so if you are very allergic to cat hair, the one bedroom apartment would be more suitable for you.

My husband and I have stayed with Isabelle twice at her Eiffel Tower apartments. We have enjoyed every minute; the apartments were very comfortable,and the view is exceptional. The location is perfect for seeing all the sights, but we liked being a little out of the way too.
We loved the view of the river, during the day or at night, it was delightful. And Isabelle is a darling, and so was the concierge!! Best place to stay in Paris!
