It is located in le Marais, right off rue Rambuteau, rue des Francs-Bourgeois and rue des Archives, in the trendy and genuine 4th district of Paris.

You are only blocks from such well known sights as Notre Dame, Hotel de Ville, Pompidou Center, Picasso Museum, Mus�e Carnavalet, Place des Vosges, Victor Hugo Museum, the Bastille and Hotel de Sully...

Dozens of restaurants, bars, disco..., and also art galleries, boutiques of any kind... are to discover just outside your door!

Description:

This one bedroom apartment is 43 m� large (about 465 ft�). It is a sunny and typical apartment from le marais, on the 3rd floor of a walk up building with exposed beams and stone walls.

It is very suitable for 2 couples or a family of 4 to 5 people, as it includes:

- a romantic master bedroom with a queen size bed

- a large living-room with a good murphy bed ('full size bed')

- another twin size bed in the living room acting as a sofa

- a modern bathroom with wash-basin, shower and toilet

- a fully equipped open-plan kitchen

Cable TV with English speaking channels

Nota Bene: No elevator to reach the 3rd floor of this charming building... Though I have other apartments located in buildings with elevator: Paris Apartments

When we entered the Lancelot apartment in Marais, Paris, our children just stared for a while. Then it was a big "wow". This is a wonderfully wonderful place, wrote our 11 years old daughter to his travel diary. To be short, the place was much more personal than we expected and a family of five could easily sleep there (after we found one of the beds, it was cleverly hidden. Go and find out). The location is very good, near the Pompidou center and Notre Dame. Everything went as Isabelle promised, it is easy to recommend this. Many thanks!
