 This large studio is located 15A rue Godefroy Cavaignac, 75011 Paris,

close to Boulevard Voltaire and place de la Bastille, metro Charonne.

 

 

 

Location:

This apartment is located 10 minutes away from bastille (walking distance), and 2 minutes away from the metro stops Charonne and Voltaire. Rue de Charonne is a lively street full of restaurants and bars.

 

The residence is very secured, with a housekeeper. The apartment is on the ground floor, all of the windows facing the private garden you can see on the pictures (this garden is totally private, nobody else can enter).

 

Description:

This is wide studio, 35 m² large ( = 380 ft²).

It is composed by:

- a full size bed,

- table and chairs,

- TV, HIFI,

- a nice bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, toilet, mirors...

- a completely equipped open plan kitchen with fridge, hot plates, microwave, washer, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, utensils...

- a lot of storage place.
