Location: This apartment is located in the heart of the Marais district (4th arrondissement), just 50 yards away from the metro station Saint Paul. Dozens of restaurants, shops, exciting boutiques, art galleries, cafes and bars are just outside your door...
Yet the apartment is very quiet, as it is on the calm rue du Roi de Sicile street, on the 2nd floor of a walk up building from 1670s, with exposed beams. As the district which was built to house the nobility of the kings of France, the architecture of the hotels particuliers and mansions just around is breathtaking. Let alone the famous Place des Vosges, just a few minutes away...
Description: This one bedroom apartment is 50 m² large (about 540 ft²). It is a sunny and typical apartment from le marais, with high ceilings, exposed beams, and a large fireplace.
It is very suitable for 2 couples or a family of 4 or 5 people , as it includes:- a romantic master bedroom, with a queen size bed - a large living-room with a good murphy bed (full size bed)- a wide and good quality convertible couch (which can sleep 2 people) - a modern bathroom with wash-basin, shower and toilet - a completely equipped kitchen with table & chairs, dish-washer, washer, fridge, cooktop, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker , utensils...Air Conditioner window unit High speed Internet connection available if you bring your laptop (+ 40 €/week) This apartment is perfect for a couple, for a family of 4 or 5, and even for 2 couples willing to share the same apartment, but keep some privacy.
