Rue de Thorigny is a quiet, one-way street in the heart of the old Marais area. The building from the early 19th century is only 50 yards from the Picasso Museum , 1 minute walk from Place des Vosges, the Rue des Francs Bourgeois and the many restaurants from the Rue Vieille du Temple. You will be surrounded by art galleries, museums, public gardens, designer shops etc. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a building with elevator.
Description:
This apartment has been furnished and decorated with a lot of care. The owners are professional sculptors and have selected unique pieces from their private Painting and Sculpture collection to decorate the flat and give it a unique touch. All rooms have original pieces from contemporary international artists, including wood and metal work, stone, lithographs etc.
This two bedrooms apartment is 60 m2 (645 ft²) large. It is extremely bright with floods of light. Entirely renovated with stylish modern fittings and great comfort, it includes:
- Wide living room with open kitchen. Stone tiles on ground, designer sofa & stools, hi-fi stereo, TV, cable connections, marble top table etc. The kitchen is purposely very modern and sleek, with a brushed stainless steel finish and modern amenities (fridge, oven & exhaust fan, dish washer etc).
- 2 double bedrooms with large windows facing inner courtyard (very quiet) and plenty of storage. Carpet in master bedroom (incl. queen size bed) and stone tiles in second bedroom (incl. sofa-bed and office desk)
- 1 bathroom (toilet, bathtub, washing machine & dryer)
- 1 separate toilet
- Individual
gas heating units in each room
This apartment is perfect for a couple, for a family of 3 or 4, and even
