It is as charming, comfortable and well equipped as the other apartments listed on my website.

The Cyrano is on the 2nd floor (= 2 flights of stairs) of a walk up building, typical of the marais district, with beams and stone walls.

It is 25 m2 large (= 270 ft2), VERY quiet, and perfectly comfortable, as it includes:

- a main room with a sofa, cable TV, HIFI,

- a separate area with a double bed ('full size bed'),

- a fully equipped kitchen area, with fridge, cooktop, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, utensils and washing machine...

- a bathroom with shower, wash-basin (hair dryer provided), toilet.

Sleeping facilities, the apartment can sleep up to 3 people comfortably:

- double bed

- brand new sofa bed

Nota Bene: the large 2 windows of this apartments are facing a courtyard.
