This romantic studio is located in the best part of le marais, rue Vieille du Temple, one block away from rue de Rivoli on one side and rue des Rosiers (Jewish district of Paris) one the other side. It is very quiet as the large windows are all facing a calm and bright courtyard.

You are only blocks from such well known sights as Notre Dame, Hotel de Ville, Pompidou Center, Picasso Museum, Musée Carnavalet, Place des Vosges, Victor Hugo Museum, the Bastille and Hotel de Sully... Also exciting boutiques, art galleries, cafes, bars and restaurants all around...

Description:

The Esmeralda is located in a very typical building from 1640! (renovated of course!).

It is 24 m² large (= 255 ft²), and perfectly comfortable, as it includes:

- a main room with a queen size bed, TV, DVD player, music set, table and 3 armchairs

- a fully equipped kitchen area, with washer, fridge, cooktop, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, utensils...

- a bathroom with shower, wah-basin (hair dryer provided)

- toilet

It is ideal for a couple.

Nota Bene:

No elevator to reach this apartment on the 3rd floor.

I stayed in the Esmeralda studio apartment for 10 days with my sister. We loved the central location and how cozy and clean the apartment was. There are so many cool places to eat, buy breads and shop in the area. Isabelle was professional and was helpful with answering all my never ending questions (sorry about that). This was my third time to visit Paris and I found it better than staying in a hotel, much better.
