This charming studio is located in the best part of le marais, rue du Temple, one block away from rue de Rivoli.

You are only blocks from such well known sights as Notre Dame, Hotel de Ville, Pompidou Center, Picasso Museum, Musée Carnavalet, Place des Vosges, Victor Hugo Museum, the Bastille and Hotel de Sully... Also exciting boutiques, art galleries, cafes, bars and restaurants all around...

It is 24 m² large (= 255 ft²), quiet, and perfectly comfortable, as it includes:

- a main room with TV, HIFI...

- brand new king size bed, which can be devided in 2 twin size beds on demand,

- a fully equipped kitchen area, with fridge, cooktop, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, utensils...

- a bathroom with shower, wah-basin (hair dryer provided), toilet

It is ideal for a couple, or 2 people willing to sleep in their own bed.
