Welcome to the Cocteau studio!
Location: This studio is only 2 blocks away from Place des Vosges (le marais), and one block away from La Bastille . It is located on the 5th floor of an building with elevator.
Description:
The Cocteau studio is 280 ft² large (27 m²) I personally selected everything in it as if it were for my own use, so it feels like a real home!
Quiet and very comfortable, it is composed by: - a main room with TV, HIFI... - brand new queen size bed, which can be devided into 2 twin size beds on demand, - a fully equipped kitchen area, with fridge, cooktop, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, utensils... - a bathroom with a nice bathtub, wash-basin (hair dryer provided), toilet - a 65 ft² large terrace (6 m²), with table and chairs, full South... Lovely view.
It is ideal for a couple, or 2 people willing to sleep in their own bed.
Features: - Air Conditioner window unit - High speed Internet connection available if you bring your laptop (+ 40 €/week)
