Hello Isabelle,
We have not decided where to stay yet. I will probably have to wait to make air reservations until I return from Mexico for a week. I leave tomorrow morning. I gave your email to Lisa, my other half. She wants to ask questions. She is very concerned about safety and getting infornation on getting around. She thinks a hotel would be better and I don't agree. I would prefer a great location and very clean bright space like yours. I will have the final say, BUT, if I screw it up I will never hear the end of it. We would like to do some tours and also just go to an area and see the sights and do much walking (biking?)
I am quite sure now we will spend the week of 9 Sept in Paris and then split Florence and Rome for the second week. Your comments from guests all seem quite positive. It is a bit scary doing this from a long distance to a place you have never been. Thank you for all of your input. This is a dream vacation for us and want it to be special.
