Hi Isabelle,

You have been recommended to me by friends Mardi and Adrian who have stayed in your accommodation near the Louvre.

My wife and I were last in Paris in late 2004 and are planning to re-visit in July 2007. We are interested in an apartment near the Eiffel Tower that is displayed on your website. Ideally the one with a balcony - Madame de Pompadour.

We intend to stay in Paris for a week in July 2007. We are meeting friends to celebrate joint 50th birthdays on July 4th and therefore would be interested in availability incorporating the 4th around the middle of our week.

We reside in Adelaide, South Australia, both in late 40's, non smokers, when travelling we visit the usual tourist sites, enjoy walking the city and casually taking in the sights. Our stay in Paris will likely be a scheduled break in the middle of 8 to 10 weeks travel.

I would appreciate information on availability, procedure and timing for bookings etc.
