I am looking to rent a studio in Paris for the months of July through
September. I am 30 years old, just graduated with my masters degree
and will be studying French all summer in Paris. I am coming alone,
and would really like to find an affordable place to stay for 3
months. Would this studio be available then, and what rate can you
give me if I stay for about 3 months? Also can you tell me anything
else about it, like does it have linens, cookware, and closet space
for my clothes?

I am a quiet single girl, I do not party or drink, and really would
like to connect with the people and be in a safe place. I would
appreciate your response in regards to renting a place from you.
