Hi Isabelle,

I just wanted to check in with you as my trip to Paris is nearly here! :-)

First, as I think you already know, my Air France flight (Flt. 8549 Los Angeles to Paris) is scheduled to arrive at 2:00 pm on April 2nd. My travel companion, Kristin, is scheduled to arrive on Air France (Flt 1727 Venice to Paris) at 5:00 pm. As you recommended, I will plan to call you when I arrive (33 6 25 03 12 96). Should I wait until I am in the city, or would you prefer that I call from the airport?

I also wanted to let you know that I have instructed Kristin to call you if my flight is delayed so that she arrives at the apartment before me. (Her cell phone does not work internationally, so she will need to use a payphone nearby) I will forward the information about the apartment (address and entrance code) to her.

Would it be possible to borrow a cell phone from you to use during our stay (as I did last time)? Let me know.

Also, could you tell me the telephone number of the rue de Venise apartment, so that Kristin and I can give it to our families?

Finally, how do we set up the dial-up connection in the apartment? Do I need a computer with a CD drive to set up software? Please let me know so that I can plan accordingly.
