Dear Isabelle,

We are concerned with how far this apartment in Le Marias is from a metro station. Can you tell me how far it is? I have a map that puts this location on the edge of the map and so it does not look like there is a metro station that is very close?

If this apartment is too far from a metro station (I expect it could be very cold in January) could you please recommend something else for us?

I found your home exchange listing and am writing to inquire for more details.

I have a large efficiency in an Edwardian building atop San Francisco's Russian Hill. Regarding location and city amenities, I am one block from the top of the "crookedest street in the world". Located on the cable car line, it is convenient access to any part of the city. Also there is a parking space should you have a rental car for side trips to Napa or Monterey/Carmel/Big Sur/Lake Tahoe. Arrrggggh. How can I leave?

Well, for business, I will be attending the Europain 2005 Bakery convention. dates are 12-25 April 2005.
