I thought you would be interested in this. I met with a banker that I know at Banque Patrimoine this afternoon. He prequalified me and Geoffrey for an amount that would allow us to buy either rue Charlot or 110 rue Vieille du Temple, but he said: WAIT! His observation is that sales are slowing, prices are coming down. He suggested waiting until I return in the Fall since he feels strongly that Paris prices will not increase at the same level as they have. I knew you would be interested in this since we are both "big real estate tycoons". Again, I sincerely thank you for accompanying me to both apartments.

I'll let you know the outcome of Kadar's meeting with me and Madame Riouah tomorrow. I hope he doesn't find any problems that require repairs.
