Do you know that renting an apartment in Paris is:
- 1 - Cheaper than a hotel:
All my apartments are located close to **** hotels: compare the rates below!
My "Marie-Antoinette apartment" next to the Eiffel Tower (from 100 €) is close to the "Novotel Paris Tour Eiffel" (from 280 €/night for a double room),
My "Marais apartments" (from 85 €) are close to the "Villa Beaumarchais" (from 280 €/night for a double room)
My "Mona Lisa Apartment" next to the Louvre (from 112 €) is close to the "Hôtel Royal Saint-Honoré" (from 340 €/night for a double room)
My "Princesse Apartment"
in the Latin Quarter (from 134 €) is
close to "La Villa" (from 280 €/night for a double room).
- 2 - More comfortable:
Needless to say that staying in an apartment is more comfortable than a hotel room! My one bedroom apartments are around 450 ft² large, and everythings has been thought out to ensure your comfort !
I also pay a lot of attention to decoration: they feel like a "home away from home".
- 3 - A "cost effective" way to discover France:
If you don't feel like going twice a day in expensive restaurants, you can also shop at Fauchon for instance, and bring some gourmet cuisine back home! Let alone that in my opinion, buying local products, good bread, cheese, and a bottle of red wine (or Champagne!), is such a wonderful way to dinne!
- 4 - More pleasant to travel with your family:
More room obviously gives more privacy!
- 5 - "Secure":
I, Isabelle, am available 24/7 to make sure you will get the best out of this French experience.
I used to live in the US, and know fairly well American's habits and culture. I am always pleased to share my knowledge of Paris, and to provide people with my "tips" and the French and French culture...
So how does it feel to live like a real Parisian?
For instance visit my "Princesse apartment" in the Latin Quarter:
