Location: This very charming studio is located next to Place des Vosges, in the heart of the Marais district (4th arrondissement), that is to say in Paris center, on the fifth floor of a walk up building with timbered ceiling with exposed beams. It is very quiet, very bright, right in the middle of the exciting, high energy Marais district just outside your door. As a district which was built to house the nobility of the kings of France, the architecture of the hotels particuliers and mensions is breathtaking. These structures stand in juxtaposition with exciting boutiques, art galleries, cafes, bars and restaurants.
Description:
The "Ninon" is a very typical studio from le marais, in the 17th-century building. It is 26 m² large ( = 280 ft²), o n the 5th floor of a walk up building. It has been completely renovated with modern appliances and fixtures 1.5 year ago.
Charming decoration, exposed beams, wood floor, real fireplace... And everything to ensure your comfort: - convertible couch that becomes a really good queen size bed, - bathroom with a little bathtub, - fully equipped kitchen with all you need (microwave, coffee maker, toaster...) and a washing machine.
Nota Bene: No elevator to reach the French 5th floor ( = American 6th floor) of this building from the 17th century... The Ninon apartment is very well maintained, but the building needs renovation... just so that you know.
